New Conditions of Entry

 

COVID POLICY UPDATE

We understand that during this time exercise is more important than ever, however everyone's health is better without COVID-19. 

We have made some changes to our entry and pick up/delivery policy for around Sydney. Currently we are not allowing any direct public drop off or collections from our Rydalmere workshop. If you wish to have your gear serviced please either call, message us via our facebook page, email us via the contact us page or use the online form to register a job.

 

Our team can collect from you however it must be completely contactless, all our staff are Covid tested weekly, have at least had their first vaccination or both and use proper PPE and masks at all times.

 

If you are outside the Sydney metro please call or email use the online form to arrange a courier pick up, but you will need to have a printer and be able to place your items in a carton. Small items such as SUUNTO Computers are best express posted via your local Australian Post Shop.

Any person including staff that does visit will be required to scan in using the NSW QR

code, wear a mask, wash their hands and sanitise before passing the reception area.

First Stage Service and Training is committed to conducting business to the reducing or eliminating the environmental impact of its work activities to ensure minimal pollution and minimal damage. We are committed to ensure as far as possible that all materials are used and applied in an environmentally friendly manner according to manufacturer's specificatione. Establish measurable objectives to ensure continued improvement systems aimed at the elimination of waste, pollution and environmental harm and reviewing performance against objectives quarterly.

First Stage Service and Training is also monitoring safety and continually improveing to elimination of work-related injury and illness. First Stage Service and Training employees undertake work activities in accordance with the Occupational/Work Health & Safety Act, respective codes and regulations relevant to the nature of the work being undertaken ensuring the health and safety of the company’s employees and general public.
